What time will my delivery be?

Our free delivery is anytime from 2-7pm. For specific timings eg 9am or 4pm, itll be +$15. Please kindly add it via checkout and ensure there is an hour grace period. We unfortunately cannot promise on an exact time. 

I need delivery to be before 6pm as the office closes then. Can it be under free delivery?

Please kindly select +$15 specific timing delivery. The delivery route is up to our driver unfortunately and we are unable to make any promises as our free delivery is anytime from 2-7pm. 

Do you do self collection?

Yes. We are located at Henderson, the exact address will be given upon confirmation of order. 

When is the earliest delivery date?

We’re open for deliveries Mon - Sun. Same day delivery closes at 11am on the day itself.

How do I place a custom order?

Custom orders start from $58 onwards. Please contact us via IG DM! Custom orders include anything - floral domes, vases etc

Can I change the week special colour palette / colour of the roses?

This would fall under a custom order, the price would be $55 with free delivery. Please place your order through IG DM by letting us know your preferred colour palette. Note that there would be no sample picture as it is a custom design.
